We received LTR96C from the IRS regarding the correspondence sent to the IRS on 05/20/2026. At this time, the IRS is indicating that they have determined that there is no action necessary on this account. A check into the CAF system shows that there is still an open balance for tax year 2024. The amended return is still needin the last few W-2's anmd we are still awaiting invoice payment.
